What is the return policy?

We accept returns for fitted items (clothing and footwear) within Indonesia. Returns will be refunded as store credit once the item is received and approved. Bags, accessories, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

International orders are not eligible for return.

Are any purchases final sale?


Yes. Bags, accessories, and all discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These items can still be resold through Luxeclass by contacting our team via WhatsApp.

When will I get my order?
  • Paxel Overnight: 1–2 business days
  • Grab/GOJEK (Jakarta only): Same-day delivery
  • J&T or JNE Regular: Estimated 2–3 business days

CAN I SELL MY ITEM BACK TO LUXECLASS?

Absolutely. If you’ve purchased an item from us and it’s no longer returnable, you can resell it through our platform. Reach out via WhatsApp to begin the process.

Can I reserve an item?

Due to high demand and limited stock, we operate on a first come, first served basis. We recommend checking out as soon as you fall in love with a piece.

Is everything authentic?

Yes — all items listed on Luxeclass go through a strict authentication process by our in-house experts. We only curate 100% genuine designer pieces.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (VA), credit card, and debit card. Installment options may be available via selected payment partners on certain market place.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above IDR 10,000,000. For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on item type and weight.

We ship based on your preference — fast, flexible, and secure.

Same-Day Delivery (Surabaya Area)

For express needs, we offer overnight delivery via Paxel or instant courier (Grab/GO-JEK). Paxel is ideal for overnight or next-day delivery across cities, while Grab/GOJEK is perfect for real-time, local drop-offs.

Standard Delivery (2–3 Business Days)

For a more affordable option, we use J&T or JNE Regular, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery Insurance (Optional)

  • JNE: 0.2% of item value + IDR 5,000
  • Paxel and Grab/GOJEK: Currently, insurance is not available
  • Let us know if you’d like to add insurance during the checkout process via WhatsApp.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping fees vary depending on the item and destination.

Kindly note: customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer. For certain materials (e.g., exotic leather), import regulations may apply.
